Scope Documents, OTAC approval

Our Course Management System replacement project has been approved by OTAC and is moving in to phase 2. I've attached a copy of the Scope document (051509_scope_document.docx) and the Scope Addendum (051509_scope_addendum.docx) which outline the project, the timeline, our steering committee and charter.
