Notes from Steering Committee Meeting, 6/16

The CMS Replacement Steering Committee convened on June 16th, 2009. The committee was apprised of the project following approval by OTAC, introduced to the initial project time line and informed of the project team's role and its work on a stakeholder plan and communication plan.

The steering committee will be dealing with larger questions of policy, communicating change to faculty, and ultimately recommending a final product or vendor to the project manager, John Sneed.

The steering committee will be meeting again in August to examine a draft of our product criteria that will be used in our RFP.
